Scope

M-bau provides AI system deployment, Microsoft 365 / Office 365 integrations, API/database workflow connections, and independent Ubiquiti / UniFi installation and service.

Personal data we process

Contact request content sent by email, including name, email address, project brief, and any details you choose to send.
Technical server logs such as IP address, request time, requested URL, user agent, and security events.
Local browser preferences such as selected language and privacy choices.
Basic delivery data shared with external resource providers when your browser loads fonts, JavaScript, product images, or the background video.

Purposes and legal bases

Responding to requests and preparing a project plan: pre-contractual steps or legitimate interest.
Operating, securing, and debugging the website: legitimate interest and legal/security obligations where applicable.
Remembering language and consent choices: essential site operation and your selected preference.
Optional analytics or marketing storage: consent only. It is not active on this website at this time.

Cookies and local storage

The current site does not use tracking cookies. It uses local storage for essential preferences and consent status. Optional analytics is disabled unless separately enabled after consent.

m-bau-language / version Stores the selected language and prevents old language bugs. Local storage, until cleared or version reset.

m-bau-privacy-preferences-v1 Stores privacy/cookie choices so the banner does not repeat every visit. Local storage, until cleared or updated.

Optional analytics Not active now. If added later, it must be gated by consent. Consent required before loading.

External providers and transfers

The website may load resources from jsDelivr (Anime.js), CloudFront-hosted background video, online web font delivery, and UI.com product images on Ubiquiti pages. These providers may receive technical request data such as IP address and user agent directly from your browser. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate transfer safeguards or adequacy mechanisms should be checked during the final legal review.

Security and retention

We use HTTPS, security headers, scoped Docker deployment, and server-side logs for security and operational diagnostics. Contact emails are kept only as long as needed to respond, prepare a proposal, perform services, or meet legal/accounting obligations.

Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent. You may also contact a competent supervisory authority, including the Polish data protection authority (UODO) where applicable.
